ORDERING BY MAIL: Complete our order form and call (800)-852-3491 for shipping charges to insure accurate shipment. Include your complete shipping address, contact name, street, or route, city, state, zip code and any special instructions required for accurate delivery. Mail orders can be sent COD or enclose a check or money order with order. Please note that orders prepaid by personal check may be held 10 days for check clearance (see payment terms). BUDK Wholesale will not drop ship your orders to your customers. All orders placed with BUDK Wholesale should be shipped to your facility and not to your customer(s).

Shipping Information
All orders are sent UPS unless another form of shipping is requested. All orders MUST include a street or route address (We cannot accept a PO Box number for UPS shipments). All orders are subject to shipping charges and are F.O.B., Moultrie, Georgia. Most orders are shipped the next business day (depending on the season; some orders are shipped the same day as ordered). All of our orders are considered RUSH orders and are shipped ABSOLUTELY as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on prompt shipment. Customers must notify our sales department if the delivery address is a private residence. BUDK Wholesale will not drop ship your orders to your customers. All orders placed with BUDK Wholesale should be shipped to your facility and not to your customer(s).
Currently, the COD charge is $14.50 for each package requiring a COD tag for UPS delivery.
Insurance on orders is a flat rate of $2.00 per order.
If your order weighs less than 10 pounds, it may be eligible to ship UPS Surepost, and will be delivered by UPS to your local post office and delivered to your facility by the USPS.
We offer free UPS commercial freight for Continental U.S. orders totaling $1,500.00 or more. (This does not apply to International Orders) You will not be charged freight if your order is over $1,500.00. However, you will still be responsible for the COD and insurance fees. Out of stock or backordered items do not count toward the total. *All express shipping options are excluded from discounted shipping offers*
Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a $0.27 retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. In compliance, our company will add $0.27 to every order being delivered to Colorado.
Terms of Payment
CREDIT POLICY: Once our sales representative issues a new customer number, ALL new accounts will be able to purchase by COD money order or credit card. Both new and existing customers requesting a line of credit or check writing privileges must complete BUDK’s credit application. Customers may complete a credit application at any time. We require a bank reference and a minimum 3 current business references with which you have current credit terms or check writing privileges. Customers who do not complete our credit application or are refused credit/check writing approval may still purchase merchandise, but, strictly by COD money order or credit card. Mishandled accounts will automatically have their status changed to COD money order pending the completion and approval of an additional credit application.
Each accounts payment history will be evaluated to determine credit worthiness. Any returned checks, overdue invoices, current balance and average days to pay will be considered.
Please make sure your customer number and invoice number appear on all checks when making a payment.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as payment for orders. However, we charge an additional 3% handling fee.
RETURNED CHECKS: All returned checks will be immediately resubmitted for presentation by Ameris Bank, Moultrie, Georgia. A processing fee will be charged, without exception, for each returned check. Any dealer that has two checks returned by the bank will be returned to COD CERTIFIED ONLY.
Return Policy
Returns will be permitted only in the following circumstances:
- Warranty returns (defective or damaged goods)
- Delivery / administrative errors (shortages, overages, wrong merchandise).
Warranty Returns: All BUDK products are warranted for 30 days against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and will provide full credit. BUDK reserves the right to reject any claim due to misuse.
Delivery/administrative returns: It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify BUDK at the time of delivery of damaged goods, shortages, overages, or incorrect items. Please be sure to check the package for damages caused during shipment and do not accept the package without calling (800) 852-3491. Items returned for credit due to delivery error will only be accepted within 10 business days after receipt of goods. Please note all returned product must be in original package, unopened and in re-sellable condition. All packages failing to meet these requirements will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Call Monday through Friday (800)-956-1667, 8 am to 6 pm EST for immediate return authorization.
- After you have obtained your authorization number, the item being returned should be packed securely in appropriate sized sturdy cartons. A copy of your PACKING LIST/INVOICE MUST be enclosed with your merchandise with the return information on the back of the packing list/invoice completed.
- We would prefer method of return be via a trackable method.
- All cartons MUST have the return authorization number printed on the outside of the cartons or they will be refused.
- Most returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt.
This procedure has been designed to handle your return in an accurate and timely manner. Please help us by following our procedure.
EXPORT ORDERS: Minimum order is $1,500.00 (not including freight). All export shipments are subject to advance payment in US dollars. Advance payment can be in the form of a wire transfer to our bank, or a check or money order drawn on a US bank. A proforma invoice will be issued upon receipt of your firm order.
Shipments shipped “freight collect”. Please specify AIR or OCEAN freight, and the name of the freight-forwarding company you want used, when placing your order.
Release, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
BUDK does not warrant that a person or company may legally sell, purchase, possess, or carry any and all items offered according to federal, state, or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to blowguns, knuckle knives, items having concealed blades, and double-edged blades. We feel it is extremely important to comply with guidelines established by state laws. By purchasing any item from BUDK, the buyer warrants that he is in compliance with all federal, local, and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items.
Knives can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children. We strongly recommend that items in this publication not be sold to minors without parental permission.
BUDK’s Dealer Program only sells to commercial, verifiable customers who buy our products for resale. We do not sell to individuals for personal consumption.
Please send a copy of your re-sale tax certificate from your resident state or your occupational license. (FFL license not accepted in place of state tax number). MINIMUM ORDER $100.
